    How do I make a reservation?

    You can either go to the Simple Search and simply put the arrival date and number of nights you will be staying in a hotel or you can try the more advanced Hello Mega Search (HMS) search engine and click "Search". A list of hotels will be displayed sorted by your selected criterias. If a hotel(s) matches all your criteria(s), it will have a 100% ranking, while imperfect results will be ordered by their % ranking. From this list, choose the hotel room you want to stay in and press "Book Now" on the left side. You will be taken to a fully Secure Booking Page. On this page, just complete all the information required.

    You can, but the prices displayed on Hello-Phuket-Hotels.com are available only through our service. If you make a reservation at the hotel, you will be charged on average 10% to 40% more.

    Are taxes, services and breakfast included in your prices?

    All taxes and services are included. We work very hard to include some form of breakfast in every type of room for every hotel, from small guesthouses to luxury 5 star resorts, and therefore you will find that a large majority of our room offering does include some sort of breakfast. However, some hotels simply do not have eating facilities and therefore cannot offer breakfast, while a few others do insist on charging separately for breakfast.

    Do you offer additional discounts for senior citizens, students, airline, employees, etc.?

    No. You will find that our prices are already heavily discounted; consequently, we can not offer any additional discounts, but for long stays we will be able to get back to you with even better rates.

    Are your prices by room or by person?

    All prices in our service are per room, not per person. For example, a price for a single means a room with one person, for a double means a room with 2 persons, etc.

    Will you confirm that my reservation was made?

    Yes. We instantly confirm all reservations by e-mail. Please remember, if your reservation is made on a holiday or a week-end, you will still get your instant confirmation on time unlike many other internet agents.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel. In the Booking Page, there will be a clearly indicated link to that particular hotel's cancellation policy (as well as other hotel policies) for the period you wish to make a reservation. We strongly urge you to click on this link and familiarize yourself with the hotel policies. If you do not agree with such policies, do not fill out the Booking Page, and return to your search results page to select another hotel.

    Will you confirm my reservation by fax or phone?

    No. We make confirmations only by e-mail so please make sure that you have provided us the correct and reachable e-mail address.

    Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

    Yes. We will make a reservation only when you provide valid credit card information. Remember the credit card information is always treated as confidential. Depending on the hotel and on the time of year, a small deposit may be required to guarantee your reservation. On the Booking Page, in a clearly listed fashion, you will see that particular hotel's deposit policy for the period you wish to make a reservation. Also please remember that all our internet transactions are encrypted on our Secure Server, guaranteeing you a safe and secure environment.

    When exactly is my credit card charged?

    If a hotel requires one or more deposits, such deposits will be charged to your credit card right at the time of making the reservation and/or a number of days prior to your arrival at the hotel. If a remainder amount is due, such amount will be due upon arrival at the hotel (along any other incidental and/or miscellaneous costs). At that time you may pay with your credit card or by any other means, the choice is yours. Your credit card details will only be used for the deposit(s) to the hotel (if needed); the only other time your credit card may be charged is in case of non-arrival, amendment or cancellation.

    What if I am afraid of sending you my credit card information?

    We understand your concern. Be reassured, our website is fully secure with SSL encryption, therefore it is safe to send us your details online. However if you are still unsure we also give you the option of faxing us your reservation request. Please fill out the Booking Page completely, print it out and fax it to us to our European Headquarters in France at :(33) 870-405-411
    Remember, we will not make your reservation without your credit card information.
